EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 452WITHDRAWING LAND FROM THE OPERATION OF

GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1904DATED MARCH 17, 1960

WHEREAS, by Governor’s Executive Order No. 1904 datedMarch 17, 1960, certain land and improvements situate at Kawaihae1st and 2~’, South Kohala, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii was set aside

for receiving or discharging passengers, and for loading andlanding merchandise, with warehouse or warehouse space, office oroffice space, storage for wares and merchandise, and the likepurposes; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Land and Natural Resources at itsmeeting of December 12, 2014, approved the withdrawal of aportion of land from Executive Order No. 1904 dated March 17,1960.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DAVID Y. IGE, Governor of the Stateof Hawaii, by virtue of the authority vested in me under Section171-11, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, do hereby order thatthe following described land and improvements, identified as“Withdrawal Portions of Parcel A of Kawaihae Harbor Project,Governor’s Executive Order 1904, Parts 1, 2 and 3,” situate atKawaihae 1st and 2iid, South Kohala, Island of Hawaii, Hawaii,consisting of:

Part 1 containing an area of 8.361 acres, more or less,

Part 2 containing an area of 6.626 acres, and

Part 3 containing an area of 4 square feet, moreparticularly described in Exhibit “A” and delineated on Exhibit“B,” both of which are attached hereto and made parts hereof,said exhibits being respectively, a survey description and surveymap prepared by the Survey Division, Department of Accounting andGeneral Services, State of Hawaii, being designated as C.S.F. No.25,555 and dated October 19, 2016, is hereby withdrawn from theOperation of Governor’s Executive Order No. 1904 dated March 17,1960.

SUBJECT to disapproval by the Legislature by two-thirdsvote of either the Senate or the House of Representatives or bymajority vote of both, in any regular or special session nextfollowing the date of this Executive Order.
