Things to know about the apartment.

If you have any questions or concerns during your stay please

speak to the hotel reception. As an annual maintenance charge is

paid, any problems with the structure of the apartment should be

reported to them. If you run out of living essentials, you will need

to take care of that yourself as the hotel is not responsible for

providing these.

When you arrive:

• Please report to reception. They will need to take a copy of your

passport.

• You may want to get some essentials in. There is a shop on site

but out of season (and for better value for money) I would

recommend Lidl. You will need to drive there. Turn right out of

Vineyards, then left at the end of the road. Lidl is on your right

after a 10 minute drive.

• Turn on the electricity, water and hot water in the apartment.

• You will find towels in the bathroom cabinet and a bathmat in thebottom drawer of the cabinet.

• Bedding is in the cupboard in the big bedroom. There’s double

and single sets and a larger duvet (green rim) for the bigger room.

Free Wifi: Womble

Password: Attached to the routernext to the TV.

TV Access: If the TV service is

not active, pay the minimum

subscription (2 months) at

reception. The installation

charge has already been paid.

Electricity: To turn on the

electricity, move all of the

switches on the fuse board above

the front door to “on.” When

you leave switch the fuses off.

This will prevent you receiving

an unexpected additional bill

later on.

Water: To turn on the water, turn

the lever in the white cubbyhole

built into the wall above the

bath, 90° to a horizontal

position. Turn it clockwise to a

vertical position when you leave

to turn the water off. There is a

switch outside the bathroom to

turn on the hot water.

Situated on the road between Aheloy and Kableshkovo and near

Pomorie, the Vineyards Complex is a unique gated community

with villas and apartments located on a picturesque hill. The

Complex wonderfully combines 222 apartments, 34 villas, 4-star

hotel with a lot of greenery and water areas. The Complex offers a

lot of sports facilities, relaxation and amusement facilities, different

restaurants and bars.

Rules for the complex & apartment:

• Please do not eat or drink on the sofas.

• Clean up as you go. The ants will sniff out dropped crumbs or

dirty dishes and you could have a plague within a few hours. This

rule also applies to the balcony.

• Take the rubbish out regularly. (Bins are opposite the car parking.)• There is no smoking in the apartment. If you smoke on the

balcony, only do so with the doors closed.

• Use the coasters and placemats as the furniture stains easily.

• All loses, breakages and damages must be paid for or replaced. If

you use something up, replace it before you leave.

• No loud music between 1:30pm - 5:00pm or 0:00am - 8:00am

• Do not hang washing or towels over the balcony or shake dust or

dirt from items over the balcony.

Useful stuff to know:

• There are a couple of shopping centres within a 30 minute drive

and Burgas town centre also has shops.

• There is a bus service during the peak season. The bus stop is on

the road at the entrance to Vineyards.

• If you hire a car, remember to give way to the left and keep right!

Don’t worry if you seem to get overtaken and beeped at a lot.Stick to the speed limits that are signposted. The police can give

on the spot fines. Only ever stop for a marked police vehicle.

• There are instruction manuals for all of the electrical equipment

in the cupboard under the TV.

When you leave:

• Get up early enough to strip the beds and wash the bedsheets,

towels and bathmat. It takes a couple of hours for each 40° wash

cycle to complete. Hang the bedsheets over the airer and

wardrobe doors to dry inside the apartment and leave them there.

• Remember to shut both balcony doors.

• Take out the rubbish and put a new bin bag in the kitchen bin.

• If you are not paying extra for the cleaners to come in after your

stay, you will need to give each room and the floors a thorough

clean so that it is spotless for the next person.

• Switch off the electricity and water, lock up and return your key.

• If you have hand luggage only and checked in online, you still

need to check in at Burgas airport. (They issue their own

boarding passes.)

Coast. It is famous for its

healing mud from the Pomorie

salt lake, the wines of fine

vintage and the producing of

salt. In 2007 it was announced

as the capital of balneology,

which put it ahead amongst the

preferred places for all-year-

round balneology, spa and

wellness tourism.

Sunny Beach (12km/7.5miles) –

holiday resort on the Black Sea

Coast. It has a long beach area
