Unlike most shops, our primary business is building motorcycle and chopper frames. We offer frames built to any specifications, as well as our own line of production frames. We manufacturer Rigid, Softail or Swingarm in many configurations you’re looking for. From pro-street to bobber to full blown choppers, we have a set-up to fit your next build. All our chopper frames and frame work is done with American made DOM tubing, CNC machined and TIG welded. Each frame or rolling chassis kit comes with an MSO, which you’ll need for titling.

All of our frames are available with many options. If your looking for drop seat, curved tubing, custom down tubes, or a specific look, we’ve got you covered. All of our frame models are available in either Rigid, Softail or Swingarm versions. If you need something that’s not listed, just ask.

All rollers are built to order with choice of any frame model and style, gas tank shape, oil tank type, and fender style, etc. Pricing is for reference only.

Our fender blanks spun and constructed from 12 gauge cold rolled steel and TIG welded. Every fender is built to order.Each blank is a full 180° with a minimum of 6″ sidewall. Custom shaping,cutting and mountingis also available.Ask for details.

O i l Ta n k s

Gas tanks are built from 14 gauge cold rolled steel stampings, TIG welded and pressure tested. All tanks are built to order. Includes pop-up cap with center, right or dual fill. Tunnel width is 2¼”. Tanks have recessed mounts, 2 crossover fittings, and threaded petcock.

You have several options to choose from, each with its unique advantages to fit the style you’re going after. Either built-in or bolt on, each of our oil tanks is hand built out of 14 gauge cold rolled steel and pressure tested to assure a lifetime of service.

The standard length Springer is 31" measured from top bearing to the axle. Each Springer is shipped raw metal and comes with axle, chrome springs, chrome rockers, and hardware. Powder coating or color match paint available.
