INTEGRAL MOTOR-

CONVERTER SYSTEMThe Integral Motor-Converter is ourpremium windshield wiper system,with enough power to drive up to 30-inch blades under extremelydemanding conditions. The completeassembly, attached directly to thefuselage, provides easy installationand accessibility and becomes anintegral part of the aircraft. Wecustom design systems to fitindividual aircraft configurations andrequirements.

The Integral Motor-Converter Systemis typically installed in commercialtransport aircraft. The systemfeatures:

Brushless or brush type motorTwo-speed operation plus optionalintermittent cycle

Off-pattern blade parkingBrake assembly for proper bladeparking

Optional synchronization of pilotand copilot systems

Maximum 30-inch blade lengthTypical wight, 7-12 pounds perside

COMPACT MOTOR-

CONVERTER SYSTEMThe Motor-Converter System bringsthe motor and converter together in acompact, efficiently sized design. Itprovides maximum performance ininstallations that demand a hightorque output, but still require aninstallation that makes the best use ofspace available on the aircraft. Themotor and converter have beenengineered to fit snugly behind theinstrument panel and will drive up toa 24-inch blade.

The Compact Motor-ConverterSystem is typically installed in largerhelicopters, business jets, andcommuter and utility aircraft. Thesystem features:

Two-speed operationOff-pattern blade parkingOptional brake assembly forproper blade parking

Maximum 24-inch blade lengthTypical weight, 5-8 pounds per side

FLEXIBLE DRIVE SYSTEM

The Flexible Drive Wiper System isespecially designed for aircraft withlimited installation space. The twomain components, motor andconverter, can be installed in separatesmall spaces, then connected by theflexible cable. The systems small,powerful motor is capable of drivingblades up to 14 inches long. Thishighly adaptable system lends itself tovarious configurations within anaircraft.
