Terms & Conditions

All renovation works for HDB flats will only be based on 8.5 ft height.

All natural materials (marble/granite/stone/timber & etc.) offer no absolute uniformity in veins/colours/tone consistency &

texture.

All designs detailed measurement, specification are subject to modification base on site structure & specification.

DeFONG INTERIOR DESIGN will not bear any responsibilities or cost to any lost of valuable items during the renovation

period.

Warranty of two years will be provided for all renovation works done by "DeFONG INTERIOR DESIGN" (excluding wear,

tear & self-damaged).

Renovation permit fees is to be paid by owner where applicable.

Signed agreement / contract cannot be cancelled, otherwise 15% of the total contract amount would be forfeited.

Signed agreement / contract have to commence with one year from the above stated date, otherwise 15% of the total

contract amount would be forfeited.

Any additional / alteration of works would be charge accordingly.

40% progressive payment upon completion of (Masonry / Ceiling / Painting) works.

15% final payment upon completion.

Cheques payment should be crossed & made payable to "DeFONG INTERIOR DESIGN".

Official receipt will be issued upon cash payment.

40% progressive payment upon commencement of work & arrival of materials.

Payment: 5% down payment upon confirmation as deposit.
