under pressure. If there is no pressure, will create pressure. Also wants people around him to be under pressure. Natural leader, likes to be in charge (﴾of everything)﴿.

o People think they are too busy, but truth is they are as busy as they want to be.

Skilled at time management. Usually early / on time. Does not change plans or schedules easily.

o Good implementers, administrators (﴾not visionaries or maintainers)﴿. Skilled to

take vision or programme, break it down into incremental steps and implement it. Gift of governance.

o Empire builders, wants to expand, go bigger and better, and dominate

o Independent, no welfare mentality, don’t need others [same as Giver]. Diverse in

skills. Not manipulated by flattery or favour of men.

o Able to employ and work with imperfect people in team, motivate and position them to bring out the best of them

o Very task-‐orientated. Lacks nurture, sensitivity and shepherding. Tendency to

exploit or abuse people /employees. Prone to predator spirit, bullying weaker ones, particularly Servant R.G. Lack of moderation. Likes to micro manage, but

not to be micro managed. Compare Joseph, built empire for Pharaoh, but impoverished nation.

o When choosing team, loyalty and relationship more important than

competence. Gathers core group around him. Compare Nehemiah

o Does not volunteer for service. Waits to be asked. Not spontaneous.

o Does not blame self or others. Will rather come alongside, own problem and help fix it. Has trouble recognizing that he is wrong.

o Ethics and integrity, moral compromise, can be downfall. Not into detail nor

excellence, 80% fine. End justifies means [creates tension with Prophet R.G., who desires excellence and righteousness]

o Carries highest authority of spiritual generational blessing. Unless he walks in

spiritual freedom, not able to be life-‐giving or fulfil birthright.

The Ruler Redemptive Gift is created for spiritual generational blessing, to expand God’s kingdom and government upon the earth, to be life-‐giving (﴾especially spiritually)﴿ and have dominion.

The Ark of the Covenant represents God’s manifest presence. The Ruler Redemptive Gift may acquire big buildings, lots of land, and a large work force, but will not be able to be life-‐giving to his subjects or employees, nor leave behind a spiritual generational blessing, if he does not walk in spiritual freedom and in God’s Presence. The rod of Aaron inside the Ark represents building the Kingdom, and nurturing people.

The Application of the Ruler Redemptive Gift

o Be intentional about caring, providing nurture to all those in your care and administration. Develop a shepherd’s heart and be life-‐giving from the bottom up, not dominating or controlling from the top down. Try to marry functionality with sensitivity for people.

o Press into a personal relationship with God, in order to receive God’s agenda for

your life and for projects. Ask God for His blueprints and strategies from heaven, rather than implementing own good ideas.

o Ask God to connect you with His choice of visionaries, organizations, ministries,

projects, programmes, contracts. Your ability to implement visions and programmes, to establish and build, are highly in demand. The body of Christ needs you. SA Unite in Christ needs you.

o Build, establish, and expand the ‘kingdom’ God has entrusted to you, by applying His Kingdom principles, methods and ways. Care for, equip, and uplift your employees, as Christ would do for His bride. Serve and look after your customers, as you would serve Christ.

o Bless and seek to be life-‐giving to your physical offspring. Bless and seek to be

life-‐giving to your spiritual offspring. Bless the physical land you are upon. Bless the buildings, bless all matter. Walk in spiritual freedom and in dominion.

o Bring structure, order and optimal functioning of all components within the

whole into systems, businesses, organizations, ministries, cities, governments, and this nation. Offer your gift of administration and governance, wherever God directs you. As you personally yield more and more to the government of God, as you move from bondage to obedience to freedom spiritually, every system, programme, enterprise and endeavour of yours will come under the government of God too, and will expand and increasingly display the Kingdom of God and His governance in every facet.

o In spiritual warfare, you have authority over injustice, abuse and

unrighteousness (﴾because of overcoming these weaknesses)﴿.

o Become a team player, learn to share authority and leadership with others, partnering with city-‐wide and nation-‐wide Kingdom initiatives (﴾such as SA UNITE)﴿ to further and expand God’s Kingdom.

o Be humble, and receive correction from others. Allow Holy Spirit to reveal

hidden faults.

o Think big, build, expand. Let go of self-‐reliance, trust in His power and His Spirit. His plan is to prosper you, His resources are unlimited. Partner with God and impart generational blessings to ‘kingdoms’ and nations.
