     A. Observation / Demonstration in performing a practical

    project. This may be done in an Assessment Center or in an actualindustry setting. Oral questioning accompanies this process,especially when assessor needs to verify the knowledge & skills ofthe candidate.

    Knowledge Tests: 1. Oral questions on the basic competencies are employed for LevelI & II

    2. Written tests will be given in Level III to V on some genericcompetencies and core competencies involving management orsupervisory functions.
