4 Mistakes people make when starting a new fitness program

1) Keeping a bad diet

A common mistake a lot of people make when it comes to fitness is thinking that exercising is the only thing that they need to do.

Well exercising is important it is also highly important to maintain a balanced healthy diet.

You will find that you will start to see results a lot quicker if you get your diet in check.

2) Not working out enough

Another mistake people make in regards to fitness is to only workout on the days they feel like it.

If you’re only working out on the weekends how can you ever expect to get any fitter?

You will need to workout at least 4 days a week to see any differences in yourself.

3) Starting up to fast

One of the most important things you’ll need to remember is not to start out a new routine to quickly.

You should build up what you are doing because if you don’t this will lead to you into an injury.

You may want to have a rest day for every day you exercise when you first start out.

4) Skipping warm ups

Starting any training without first warming up is a bad idea.

If you do not do a warm up you are increasing your risk of injury due to not stretching the muscles out first.

Also if you are doing cardio you will increase your heart rate far to quickly which can be fairly dangerous.
