Make sure You pay attention to grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. Age level and 4-H experience will be taken into consideration. 4-Hers must fill out their own reports in their own handwriting. NEATNESS COUNTS!You fill in all the blanks. If an answer does not apply, write in n/a.

RememberYou can have your project book or portfolio reviewed on a non-competitve basis.Secretary and treasurer records can count as project report books.Multiple project reports need to be in different project areas.Signatures are REQUIRED!
