→Go to https://iowa.4honline.com (you might want to bookmark this page)
→Select “I have a Profile.” Enter family email address and password

that password on the login screen for 4-H Online (you will have to choose a new password)
→ Click “Continue to Family”
→ Under Member/Volunteer List—Click “edit” next to name of the 4-H member you are wishing to re-enroll
→Verify or edit personal information. Don’t forget to add your email and cell number.
→Update Emergency Contact (someone other than guardian, if unable to be reached)
→Add or update Project List—please include all areas of interest. This doesn’t commit you to anything, but lets the
Extension Office know to include you when sharing information related to that project area.
→Click “Enroll for 2017-2018” for the 4-H member you are re-enrolling (bottom of page)
→Next you will view an invoice screen—There is a NEW ONLINE PAYMENT OPTION. Look for the link to “Add a
Payment Method. “ You also have the option to pay by check to your 4-H Club for the $15 enrollment fee. (Full fee
is $30—you pay $15 , Extension Council & Endowment pays $15). Clover Kids enrollment fee is $5—materials are
again being covered by a Governor’s STEM grant. For enrollment fee scholarships, please call 712.732.5056.

down menu and follow the same steps as above.
→New members from a new family: On the first screen at https://iowa.4honline.com—Choose “”I need to setup a
profile”. Choose “Buena Vista” from the drop down menu for the county. Choose “Family” from the Role drop
down. Complete Family Information Page. On “Member List” page select “youth” and “Add a new family mem-
ber.” Continue completing personal information, health information, club, and project areas.

Pizza or Ice Cream? There will be a new 4-H enrollment challenge this year. The Winning club
will earn a $75 gift card—the club can choose how to use funds: pizza, ice cream, gas for a field trip, etc.
How to WIN: Points will be earned for the percentage of existing members re-enrolled by November 1st,
plus 5 points for every new member enrolled by November 1st. Scoring example: 50% of existing members re-
enrolled by Nov 1 = 50 points + 5 new members x 5 pointes each = 25. Final score: 50 + 25 = 75

hosting a Community Impact Night at Pizza Ranch in Storm Lake. 4-H youth and

new and returning families to 4-H for the upcoming year as well as promote the 4-H program in Buena Vista
