Day 1 - Marrakech - Zagora ( B, D ) ! Depart Marrakech after breakfast, winding up through the Atlas Mountains over the Tichka Pass, the pass rises to 2260 meters above sea level, so the views are quite splendid. Plenty of stops are made for taking in the scenery and photography. We arrive in ouarzazate mid afternoon where we have a visit for Taourirt Kasbah before lunch.

Continue to Zagora.The Draa river has given life to a huge oasis about 200 Km at the foothill of the anti Atlas mountains. This valley has been for many years coveted by the nomads. On the way, stop at Tinzouline to see the graffiti on the rocks. All along, several palm groves will bring their shades between Kasbahs and Ksours dotted with fields of corn, barley, Vegetables and henna plantations.

Day 2: Zagora - Merzouga ( B, D ) !! Cross the volcanic peaks of Jebel Sargho towards east south across a lunatic landscape and passing by lost Oasis in the Middle of nowhere. Lunch at leisure in the village of Alnif.

Continue to the legendary Saharan town of Rissani from where trading camel caravans used to start their long journey towards Mali across the Sahara desert. From here, you continue to the edge of the desert in Merzouga where the Saharan sand dunes begin. Here, you will start an adventure riding camels and assisting to one of the most dramatic sunset scenes ever !

Dinner, entertainment and overnight at your Royal nomad tent camp nestled in the middle of sand dunes. !

Day 3: Merzouga - Skoura( B, D ) !!After breakfast, drive across the Saharan plains where the nomads herd their camels, to the marvelous valley of Todra, a lush green oasis running along a beautiful deep valley inhabited all along by a Berber tribes in Kasbahs and fortified villages. Take a walk along the spectacular canyons and stop for lunch ( at leisure ).

In the afternoon, continue to Skoura via the Dades Valley and its amazing Rock formations. This region is also known as the valley of The roses thanks to roses planted in Dades River banks for many generations to produce perfume and rose water

Day 4: Skoura- Marrakech ( B, L, D ) !!Today, you’ll start by enjoying the morning light over the Dades valley and its amazing Rock formations. This region is also known as the valley of The roses thanks to roses planted in Dades River banks for many generations to produce perfume and rose water.

Continue to the UNESCO world heritage Kasha of Ait Ben Hadou Kasha which was used as a set for many Hollywood epics since the 1980’s. Lunch in the Kasbah before you continue to Marrakech via Tizi Ntichka pass.
