14.DMWMotorCycle14.DMWMotorCycle.InValleyRoad,UpperGornal,theSedgleyMotorCycleCompany,be,erknownasDawson'sMotorWorks,producedaround15,000motorbikesandscootersfrom1947to1978.Theworks,anoldtramgarage,wasdemolishedin2002andreplacedbyhouses.

15:SteamTram15.SteamTram.From1886toaround1901steamtramsranthroughthevillagealongHighStreet,throughtheBullRingandupDudleyStreet.AtrailerseaIngabout60andlitbyoillampswaspulledbyasteamlocomoIve.Laterelectrictrams,thentrolleybusescoveredtheroute.

DesignThemuralwasdesignedandmadeoverthreeyearsinSedgleybyWilliamHortonBurgessandwasunveiledonJanuary9th1997byKeithThompsonofCo,ageBlinds,TheOldNailWorks,BrickStreet,Sedgley.Co,ageBlindshostedSedgley'sMuseumfromNovember1988unIlclosureinDecember2004andthemuralcansIllbeseenonthepremises.FundingcamefromDudleyMBC,Co,ageBlindsandSedgleyLHS.MrBurgessisaSedgleybornarIstandpo,er.HealsomadetheIledmuralintheentrancehallatStAndrew'sChurchBilstonStreet,onetransferredtoRedHallPrimarySchoolandaseriesforWestBromwichBuildingSociety.In2017heproducedapicturemuralforthefoyerofDudley'snewTravelodgeinTiptonRoad,Dudley.Research:SedgleyArchivesGroup&SedgleyLocalHistorySocietyFebruary2018
