The service provider shall bear all taxes and statutory levies and be reponsible for payment of the same to the respective Departments. The Contractor should ensure to pay minimum wages as per the rates prescribed by the Government and also ensure to pay subscription for E.P.F. and ESI of the workers engaged. The contractor would be liable for ensurin g, compliance with relevant rules and regulations as notified by the Government in this regard from time to time. The Commissioner of Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax, Tirupati reserves the ri g ht to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reasons thereof and no claim/dispute on this aspect shall be entertained. It will be the sole responsibility of the service provider to adequately provide for all the nur ture liabilities that may arise due to unforeseen incidents/situation involving the contract labourers engaged by him. The Government of India or the Central Excise Department shall not be responsible to any of the conduct labourer in any manner. 7) Technical Bid & Financial Bid in sealed covers are required to reach the undersigned by name in a sealed cover on or before 05.45 P.M. on or before 01.04.2014.
