How do you envision your painfree life? What would you do each day?
Who would you spend time with? How would you feel? What activities
might you begin again, or try for the first time? What are your dreams,
your goals, your unlimited potential? Set a timer for 20 minutes. Turn the
phone over or the timer around so you can’t watch it, and simply write
on the topic until the alarm dings.
