Just in time production system:
Just in time, calls for thinking small and thinking big at the same
time, when it comes to thinking small drastic reduction of suppliers,
variety wanted process and reduction of inventories by using just in
time. It creates an atmosphere of trust with a long term relationship
with the suppliers and there by creating a well knit group which can be
communicated easily
It makes it easy for the company to supply the customers with his
exact requirement though it requires accurate information and
communication between sales, assembly and dispatch in company.
KAIZEN
It is a Japanese term which means continuous improvement or
development
Here in Technosystems the company divides the workforce into groups
and then keeps a track of their progress both individually and as a
group. The groups compete among each other to achieve higher
targets, improve and develop, to achieve the awards, which are given
to most successful group in an annual seminar conducted by the
company.

Techno systemshave its own unique supply chain. The finishedproducts from the plant are shifted to their godown in Belgaum. Fromhere these are transferred to the godowns in the cities nearby to the
production units of their customers. These cities are Pune, Aurngabad,
Chakan, Pantnagar and Nasik. From here these are supplied to the
customers as and when they require. For the transportation of the
goods they hire trucks, having their own means of transport is
considered expensive. The client companies place their orders online.

Observation and Conclusion
Technosystems is a partnership firm. There is a good relationship
between the employees and the managing director. The employees are
well trained, punctuality and ethics are given greater importance. All
the people of Technosystems have made it a great place to work and
the company is kept clean.
Basically to succeed in this competitive world efficiency is very
much required and one should have a good foresight about the
situations that may arise in future and these aspects are greatly dealt by

52/52
Following are the conclusions after my study
Here the production technology is the most modern available like
CNC machines and other computerized tools. They not only
reduce the cost but also quality products by reducing human
error.
The overhead costs as we know add up to the cost of production
and increase the price of the finished products, this has been
reduced to the minimum.
The company is fully computerized and paper documents have
been reduced.
The presence of the machines has reduced the number of
laborers.
The barriers like cabins for different persons are not at all
present.
Customers are given at most importance.
Discipline in the company is also given great importance as the
workers and the management have the same uniform.
