POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

A. Development of Regulations

The Superintendent is authorized to promulgate such regulations asmay be necessary to carry out the policies adopted by the SchoolBoard. If Board action is required by law or the Board has specificallyasked that certain types of regulations be given prior Board approval,these regulations shall be forwarded to the Board for action. TheSuperintendent shall forward copies of the regulations to School Boardmembers and shall see that the regulations are placed in the SchoolBoard Policy Manual.

B. Dissemination of Policies and Regulations

Administrators and supervisors will be responsible for informing staffmembers of all newly adopted policies and regulations.
