Methodology

Requirements Profile and Competency Model

Based on the requirements profile, all necessary key competencies are condensed into a competency model. The alignment of the instrument with the requirements profile of a position forms the basis for the employee evaluation and is the starting point for individual or organisational developmental measures.

Simple, fast, anonymous

The whole process, from the invitation of the participants to the evaluation of the feedback, can be displayed electronically. Your data is safely kept in our data center – encrypted, anonymised and of course secured against unauthorised access.
