What kind of media institution publisher might distribute your

media product and why?

• A media institution they may distribute my music magazine is Harris Publications. The reason for this is that they have a big audience around the world and also relate

to the audience that I am aiming my magazine at.

• Harris Publications has published magazines in the same market

that my music magazine would be going in to before such as XXL

Magazine who also are aimed are the rap and hip-hop genre. This may however mean that they do not want to publish a competitor

for their existing magazine however I believe that they would as they would be publishing both

therefore would not lose any money due to this competition.
