    CONCLUSION: From the study it is clear that Airtel is a clear winner in all departments but Reliance has to improve a lot. Reliance has to generate awareness inthe mind of the customers regarding their products. Reliance has to improve itsprocess time but also after sale service to retain the customers. In CDMA technology Reliance is the best but in GSM technology it has to improve a lot to capture the market. Reliance also has to increase its promotion campaigns. Telecom sector is increasing day by day and it provides a huge opportunity for growth for
