Robichaux will present leadership theories that have dominated our thinking and practice for the last century and summarize them into a rel-evant whole that provides a firm foundation for today’s leaders. He will present and assess leadership styles and link leadership levels to effectiveness in today’s tough markets. The tour ends with a visit to Sincerely Elvis, an exhibit that changes annually. Then you will board the bus for the short trip back to The Peabody.

Format: 4-person scramble with four places winning prizes, closest to pin, and longest putt awards. Players may request playing partners but not guaranteed due to number of players.

Directions: From downtown Memphis, take I-40 East toward Nashville. Merge onto TN-300W via exit 2A toward Millington. Merge onto US-51N/TN-3N toward Millington. Immediately following the light at Fite Road, turn left onto Rust Road. Turn left onto Woodstock Cuba Road. Mirimichi is on the left.

Mulligans: Mulligans will be sold at the TBA conference registration area on Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning up until 9:00 am.

General InformationAttire: Resort casual attire is appropriate for this program. Because of temperature variations in meeting rooms, please bring a sweater or jacket for your comfort.

Program Availability: Due to hotel guarantees and material production, reservations received less than 7 days before the program will be subject to space and material availability.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in the TBA office 7 business days prior to the scheduled program will be refunded in full. Due to commitments with hotels, cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled program are not refund-able. Substitutions are welcome. Registrants who do not attend the program or send a substitute will be responsible for the entire registration fee.

Continuing Education CreditAttendants qualify for 3 hours of Continuing Profes-sional Education (CPE) credit in the area of Personal Development. No advanced preparation required for this program. Method of delivery–group live. No pre-requisites are required. Program level—this conference is basic to intermediate. In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour. Who Should AttendCareer financial industry employees in higher ranking staff or junior- to mid-management positions who are preparing to become the industry’s next generation of leaders.

Hotel InformationThe convention is being held at The Peabody, Memphis, TN. The hotel is holding a block of rooms on a first-come, first-served basis at a special group rate of $170 single/double until 5:00 pm on Friday, March 25.

The deadline for making hotel reservations at this spe-cial group rate is Friday, March 25. When the allotted room block is sold, room rates will return to standard prices on a space-available basis, even if it is before the March 25 deadline. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.

Fee InformationFee includes speaker handouts, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and evening events. There are separate fees for the golf tournament and Graceland tour. Please register early. At-the-door registrants will be assessed an additional $25 late registration fee.
