DELEGATE INFORMATION VENUE – The conference will be held at the University of Salford’s Media City UK venue. ACCOMMODATION – Three nights bed and breakfast at the Holiday Inn Media City UK are included as part of the delegate package. When you book a full delegate place, your room will be reserved. The hotel is opposite the conference venue in the heart of Media City UK. WI-FI - is available throughout the venue. Please obtain the code on arrival at reception. CONFERENCE DRESS CODE – Business casual TRAVEL - We suggest you use public transport – for details please see http://www.visitmanchester.com/travel/ or http://www.mediacityuk.co.uk/destination/getting-here AIR TRAVEL – The nearest airport is Manchester International Airport (with flights available from London, Glasgow, Edinburgh etc.). From there, connect by train to Manchester Piccadilly station, and then by Metrolink tram system to Media City UK. BY TRAIN – Manchester Piccadilly is the nearest mainline station. Metrolink Trams connect to Media City UK from all over Manchester. CAR PARKING – is available for delegates and exhibitors at the multi storey car park next to the Holiday Inn Hotel, which will provide a car parking discount code on check out (£8 for 24 hours/£16 for 48 hours). Exhibitors will be able to unload/load at the rear of the MCUK but will need to move their vehicle as soon as they have unloaded, to the car park. NETWORKING EVENING (Wednesday) – This will be held at the Old Trafford Stadium, the home of Manchester United Football Club. This is your chance to network with colleagues as well as our exhibi-tors, whilst taking in the ambience of this fabulous venue. CONFERENCE GALA DINNER AND AWARDS EVENING (Thursday) – The dinner will be held at the Imperial War Museum North, which is just opposite the conference venue (5 minutes walk). There will be an opportunity for delegates to walk around the venue for an hour before the dinner but please note that dinner will start at 19.30 promptly. Dress code – Black tie (optional) or lounge suit.

PARTNERS – There is no social programme for partners and they are not permitted in the conference venue. Numbers for the social evenings may be restricted subject to space. Anyone wishing to bring his or her partner should inquire directly with the Conference Office.
