This conference is supported by nineteen Pediatric Societies in the Region (Albania, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kosova, Lebanon, Macedonia, Palestine, Romania, Saudi Arabia, SerbiaSudan and various joint societies) as well as College of Medicine at University of Duhok and Hivi Pediatric Teaching Hospital at DOH Duhok and Faculty of Medicine in Azerbaijan.

SATELLITE SYMPOSIUMSymposim duration is 60 minutes including 10 minute preperation. Organizing committee has the right to make changes to symposium durations.Symposium subject and speakers must be approved by the organizing committee.Organizing committee may allow another symposium at the same time in a di�erent meeting hall, given that symposium subjects are not the same.Video recording, keypad activities and translation requests will be quoted seperately.Your satellite symposium announcement will be included in the congress bag. Announcement material must be provided by the exhibitor.Symposium poster may be presented in the dedicated areas determined by the organizing committee. Exhibitor may distribute handouts/promotions in front of the meeting hall before the symposium hour. Flags, roll-up advertisements, etc. may be used by the exhibitor inside the dedicated meeting hall.Exhibitor must have at least one unit booth (6m2) in order to be eligible to host a satellite symposium.

CONFERENCE BAGAttendees will be presented with a congress bag during registration. Supporter’s name and logo will be printed on the inside of conference bag. Conference bag sponsor must provide su�cient amount of notebooks and pens to be included in the conference bags.Logos and company name to be printed on the bag must be approved by the orginizing committee prior to production and conference bags will be distributed during registration.

COLOUR THE CONFERENCEOn a central spot in the exhibition area, we will have a 3 x 6 meter billboard on which our attendees will be able to paint and leave messages. Board will be branded with company logo and motto so that our attendees can imprint their conference memories surrounded by your company logo/motto.
