What is NLP

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created in the 1970s.

Connection between:- the neurological processes ("neuro"), - language ("linguistic"), and - behavioral patterns that have been learned through

experience ("programming")
