Proposal SubmissionsHow you can help us help you
Not “answering the mail”:
• Proposals not in complying with proposal preparation instructions. •Not addressing the factors
• Not paying attention to the page count. Less is more.
• Not providing the schedule in the required format.
Not providing the right level of information:
• Technical proposals are not broken down into work elements or itemized in sufficient detail.
• Proposed performance period not specified.
• Not demonstrating minimum qualifications for Quality Control Managers in experience & education.
Common proposal deficiencies
Our Biggest Recommendation: READ THE RFP.

Congratulations Pinkington Construction Company!•USA-SOCOM highest priority project.•VWT with supporting mechanical and electrical systems•Project was extremely underfunded.•Partnered with customer over a 18 month period to redesign/reduce scope.•After three rounds of bids, one contractor remained•Due to construction management, there were no modsand at the end of the project some basic items were added back.•More energy efficient than the facility at Fort Bragg.
“…impressive facility. It is going to change the way we train our free fall parachutists..” – BG David G. Fox, Commanding General, John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at the Dedication Ceremony on Jan 24 2014 .
