3-Day Food Log
As I have stated before in the class, I play soccer for PSU. It is very important to maintain a balanced, healthy diet but sometimes that is hard to do being a busy student-athlete. Having class all day and then going to the field right after until late at night makes it hard to get all of the food groups I need. With that being said, I am excited for the rest of this semester because I hope that I can gain knowledge with what is important to eat in terms of the food pyramid and what is not good to eat.
Day 1:
Breakfast, 9:30
Special K Breakfast Protein Shake- 1 Bottle= 10 fl. Ounces
Lunch, 12:15
Chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread with provolone cheese. 1 cup of iced teaBananaSnack, 5:00
1 nutrigrain bar
Dinner, 9:00
B.L.T, white bread, mayo, toasted1 cup of lemonade
Day 2:
Breakfast, 9:00
Special K Breakfast Protein Shake- 1 bottle= 10 fl. Ounces
Lunch, 12:15
