Boiler AirPreheater
We fabricate, supply and erect complete baskets of Boiler Air-Preheater along with casing, drilled base plates and tubes with option of single pass and double pass arrangement for all range of boilers.
Boiler Economizer
We fabricate, supply and erect Boiler Economizers of types: Plain tubular type, Coil type, Gilled cast iron fins type and Gilled steel tubes using CNC cold bending machines. Fins arrangement can be made to increase effective heat surface for better productivity.

Boiler Superheater We fabricate, supply and erect Boiler Superheaters for effective power and fuel saving of types: Coil type & Studded type with our CNC cold bending machines.
Bed Coil Tubes We fabricate, supply and erect Boiler Bed Coil Tubes for effective power and fuel saving of types: Coil type & Studded type with our CNC cold bending machines.

Boiler Bent Tubes
We fabricate, supply and erect various boiler panel tubes: water wall panel, shaped boiler panel, boiler bank tubes, finned tubes, helical tubes and studded tubes using CNC cold bending machines according to required design parameters.

We fabricate, supply and erect various boiler accessories like ID & FD fan, steam distribution header, dust collector, pressure reducing station etc. for all range of boilers.
Pressure Vessels
We fabricate, supply, repair and erect different types of pressure vessels like condenser, dissolving tank, feed water heater tank etc. We also supply petroleum tanks used in retail petrol pump and stainless steel vessels used in food industry.
Steam & Process Pipeline
We design, fabricate, supply and erect pipelines and their fittings for high pressure and low pressure for steam and other fluids. We also supply process pipeline and fittings for different product depending on design requirements.

Manufacturing
The company workshop facility is equipped with modern CNC machines, SMAW, SAW, GMAW welding technology and can provide services in - High alloy ASTM A 335 Gr. P91, P22, Low alloy Gr. P11, ASTM A 210 Gr A1 – Carbon steel, Mild Steel heavy mechanical fabrication.
Maintenance & Repair
We provide a wide range of maintenance and repair services including Annual maintenance service to ensure your boiler equipment stays problem free all year round. AMC includes throughout inspection and replacement of faulty component to proactively avoid disruptive system failures.
Design
Design is the key to new product development and we have been up-to-date with design trends using modern designing CAD tools, pipeline stress analysis
simulators. We do drawing development of – pressure
parts-pipeline layout-fabrication-structure-assembly. We also help with engineering code calculation & sizing of pressure parts, pipelines, boiler auxiliaries.
Installation & Commissioning
The company provides its clients, experienced project managers and site supervisors with effective administrative skills capable of seamlessly install & commission many co-generation power plants, boiler parts and TG structural work.

IBR Services
Being in the field of boiler industry for more than three decades we have good experience in technical know-how of boilers which enables us to provide services like – I.B.R. approvals – I.B.R. calculation - Designing according to I.B.R. standards for equipments like – Boilers, Economizer, Pressure Parts, H.P./L.P. Steam Pipeline and Heat Exchangers.
Stress & Flexibility Analysis
We provide complete stress and flexibility analysis of structures and steam pipelines including optimal route design, supporting of piping systems, spring selection, load calculation and pressure element design.
Capacity Enhancement of Boilers
Following I.B.R. standards we serve our customers by increasing capacity of their existing boilers by increasing surface area inside furnace which will increase steam generation capacity by 2-3 tons, depending on boiler capacity. We also help our customers to convert their non FBC boiler to FBC boiler with low investment and improved efficiency.
On Site Services
The company provides turnkey solution for on-site projects for structural fabrication including steel trusses, columns, pre-fab structure, crane gantry, sheds, boiler platforms, coal bunker ash silo etc. We also provide equipment dismantling and shifting services of plants including boilers and turbines under supervision of our experienced professional.
