As a researcher specializing in genealogy and history, Sally shared her knowledge with the towns of midcoast Maine, where she combined her unique story-telling style and period dress from the 1800’s (her trademark red cloak), to become The Lady in the Red Cloak.Join Sally on Thursday, October 10, for a haunted and lively discussion on the history of Hallowell.     Sally Lobkowicz, Director of Red Cloak Haunted History Tours, has always had a love for history.

    As a researcher specializing in genealogy and history, Sally shared her knowledge with the towns of midcoast Maine, where she combined her unique story-telling style and period dress from the 1800’s (her trademark red cloak), to become “The Lady in the Red Cloak.”

    Living Well with Diabetes

    This program is designed to help people with type 2 diabetes learn techniques to deal with the symptoms of diabetes, fatigue, pain, hyper and

    exercise to maintain strength and endurance, healthy eating, medication administration, and

    working with healthcare providers.

    Living Well with Chronic Pain

    This program is designed for people who have a diagnosis of chronic pain and offers techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep; appropriate exercise for maintaining and

    improving strength, appropriate use of medications, communicating effectively with family, friends and health professionals, nutrition, pacing activity and

    rest, and how to evaluate new treatments.
