Health Teaching Plan
Medication Exercise Treatment Hygiene Outpatient Diet
PARACETAMOL
(Tempra Forte)
C- Non Narcotic, Analgesic and
Antipyretics
H- Decreased temperature or temperature
regulated
E- as necessary or when temperature is more
than 37.8 °C
C- Instruct client t report any adverse
reaction like allergies to physician or nurse.
Warn patient that high doses or
unsupervised long term use can cause liver
damage.
K- Not to use for marked fever (temperature
higher than 39.5 °C). Fever persisting for
more than 3 days.

period of bed rest
can weaken the
body muscles of
the patient.
Following
exercises can be
held for 5-10
seconds.

can be

while sitting in
a chair or on
the side of your
bed. Keep your
arms relaxed
