2701 NCX has three dock-high doors that are 10’ tall. 2703 NCX also has one loading door that is 7’ tall. There were originally three loading doors at 2703 NCX but two doors have been sealed off to provide an area for additional electrical services. The space can be reconfigured to provide additional loading or covered parking again should a tenant require it.
