A tAx cut for

24 millionhArdworkingpeople

From 6th April, 24 million people will be paying £600 less income tax than in 2010.

We’re capping benefts and controlling welare costs to pay or increasing the amountyou can earn beore income tax. We want the system to back hardworking people.

This April we are raising the tax-ree threshold by £1,335 – the largest ever cash rise –meaning we will have now cut income tax by £600 or 24 million people since 2010.

And next April the personal allowance will reach £10,000 – as a result people willpay £700 less in income tax than they did in 2010.

This will be a tax cut or 24 million people – and 2.7 million people will have beentaken out o income tax altogether.
