Riskmanagementcharges will be charged as quoted below on the declared value of goods.Value to be declared against each package in the inventory list. Declare reasonable /depreciated value as the same will be reviewed by insurance company before acceptance.

a) @ 3 % for household goods for comprehensive risk cover.b) @ 1.5 % for motor cars for carrier risk management charges.c) @ 3% per annum for long term storage of goodsd) @ 0.5% per month for short term storage of goods.

rates notified by the government. Currently it is @ 12.36 %for all the moving activitiesand 12.36% for storage services. (Service tax 12% on which educational cess2%and higher educational cess1 % )

We do not accept to move perishable goods, jewellery, hazardous materials like Crackers, Explosives, Chemicals, Gfilled Cylinders, Battery Acids, Inflammable Oils such as Diesel, Petrol, Kerosene, Gasoline, and also NarcoticContraband items.

We also do not accept to move any pre-packed goods given by the customer. In case there are pre-packed goodsbe moved, the same will be opened & repacked with additional cost. Dismantling and assembling of TV Dish Antenna , Water Purifier, Special Furniture, Electrical fittings, UPS-Inverto

Air Conditioners, Geysers, Solar equipments, Drilling works / Special carpentry works, etc are not in our scope of wobut can be arranged from third party with additional cost.This quote is based on the list of items based on your email / physical survey carried out by our representatives. Shouthere be an increase in volume of your goods at the time of packing / moving, our rates will be revised accordingly.Two wheelers Please empty the fuel tank / oil completely to ensure no spillage / leakage in transit.

Car Min Petrol of 10 litres should be made available in the car as the carriers are not allowed to ply inside the citylimits at both origin and destination. Our Charges excludes filling of fuel / Oil for Motor Cars

Quote excludes: Collection or delivery using stairs above 2ndfloor (if service lift not provided). Multiple collections ordeliveries, packing and unpacking/ Working on Sunday / Public Holidays if not intimated at the time of survey at

origin/ storage in transit/ special handling charges for items which can not be accessed through elevator / normal

stairs (special handling / difficult access)/ any force majeure situations/ vehicle detention. Crating for house hold

articles / Handyman Services (professional carpenter / electrician / A/C mechanic / plumber / maids etc).

Payments:50% payment to be made in advance along with P O before packing and balance on delivery of goods

Or100% payment to be made in advance before packing

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Packing date to be intimated to us well in advance for our mutual convenience.

Our Quote is valid for a period of 30 days

Paymentto be made immediately on completion by a cheque / DD/ pay order favoring TRANSWORLD INTERNATIONALpayable in any of the metro cities inIndia. For Corporate accounts on presentation of our bills, after completion of job and a purchase order from the organization is a must for availing this facility.

A written order to be given by you accepting our offer or a copy of this quote may be endorsed in acceptance of our offer.

Storage services if availed will be billed quarterly in advance.

Any moving in / moving out charges payable to apartment associations to be paid by you

Any live plants / Pots will be transported at risk of the customer

Value of goods for insurance should be declared individually at the time of packing as per the inventory/packing list. TWI will insure the goods through theapproved insurance companies and certificate will be provided on request. But no formal receipt from the Insurance Co. will be given, premium amount will bementioned in our Invoice

All motor vehicles values are determined by the value in the insurance policy

To declare reasonable value as the same will be reviewed by the insurance company

TWI will not be liable to settle any existing damages / refrigerator or Air conditioner gas leakages

Damage claim rectification / settlement will be done based on insurance surveyor report subject to approval from the Insurance company.

TWI or its insurance company is not liable for any internal damages / Mechanical failure in transit. Damage inside the electronic items are not covered under insurance unless there is any clear sign of external / physical damages occurred in transit.

Any physical damages / external damages must be noted on the inventory list at the destination on delivery day itself.

Scratches and dents (minor & major) should be mentioned in the vehicle acceptance report while taking delivery of Car.

The insurance coverage includes the total loss of goods due to accidents / breakage in transit, external damages, if found while unpacking at the time of

delivery.

Risk management charge is not applicable for goods not packed by TWI. However TWI will arrange for transit risk coverage (total loss of goods during

transportation period) for goods to be transported from one location to another.

Riskmanagement would mean insurance under TWI's own liability scheme unless otherwise specifically requested in writing / mail by the customer to insure his

consignment with a nationally recognized insurance companyInsurance Exclusions:

Jewellery, currency, valuable papers/ documents including negotiable instruments, coins, collections, software programs.

Passage of times i.e., perishable goods alcoholic beverages, damages caused by leakage of other fluids in the consignment viz., oil, paint, printer cartridges etc.

By action of Government authorities viz., forfeit / confiscation.

Loss of damage caused by normal wear & tear, existing damages, mechanical / electrical malfunction, calibration, etc.

Missing / damaged goods from boxes packed by other viz., owner, manufacturer, other moving companies or boxes moved from other storage facilities.

Storage of goods in transit unless otherwise declared prior to dispatch of goods. Extension of insurance to include storage is available additionally.

Limit of liability:

Under no circumstance will the company be held liable for more than the value declared in the inventory arising out of any partial or total damages / loss
