Understanding InflammationThere are two types of inflammation – one that is often beneficial and the other detrimental to your health.

Our diet and lifestyle can make our bodies over-produce inflammatory markers leading to chronic inflammation. Understanding triggers and alleviating factors against chronic inflammation can encourage us to adjust our diets and lifestyles for better health.

Condition: Muscle PainDavid is an athletic man in his late fifties who is a marathon runner. Lately he is experiencing a lot of muscle pain his doctor prescribes him muscle relaxants.
