(2) The gutters are full of debris in areas and need to be cleaned. The debris in gutters can also concealrust, deterioration or leaks that are not visible until cleaned, and I am unable to determine if such conditionsexist.

It is recommended that after the gutters are cleaned to set a regular routine for the gutters to be cleaned, atleast 3 times per year.

Washing machine drain line for example cannot be checked for leaks or the ability to handle the volumeduring drain cycle. Older homes with galvanized supply lines or cast iron drain lines can be obstructed and barely working during an inspection butthen fails under heavy use. If the water is turned off or not used for periods of time (like a vacant home waiting for closing) rust or deposits within thepipes can further clog the piping system. 4. Structural Components4.0 WALLS (Structural)

Material Defects(1) There are signs of possible mold in crawlspace under front steps. Have this further evaluated by a licensed moldtesting contractor, and if mold is present have this removed by a licensed mold removal company.(2) There is termite damage in the crawlspace under the front steps. I recommend having the house treated for WDI(Termites) by a licensed exterminator. The damaged should be repaired by an experienced carpenter. Theinspection is limited, hidden damage may exist.

4.5 ROOF STRUCTURE AND ATTICMaterial Defects, Repair or Replace(1) There are signs of a “mold like” substance in the attic. Have this further evaluated by a licensed mold testingcontractor, and if mold is present have this removed by a licensed mold removal company.
