Tina organises the sales staff and tills, then opens the shop at 8.30am and direct sales begin. She then checks the phone messages and begins to organise new customer orders.
At 5am the other three production staff (bakers) arrive and start producing under the direction of Paul Lodge.
They use the Recipe Book to help them bake and make the products in the correct way.
The Production Schedule - describes what needs to be baked by the Production Team
Recipe Book - describes how to make each product Raw Materials List - describes what raw materials need to
be ordered Lunch Rota - describes when people can have their lunch Spoken Instructions - eg. tell sales staff to set up the shop
and begin selling Meeting Notes - what bills have come in, what orders have
gone out Accounts Log Books - record of financial transactions
Invoices - asks customers to pay for what they have received Raw Material Orders - asks suppliers to deliver new raw
materials Advertisements - tries to attract new customers Price lists/labels - helps customers see how much things cost Cheques - pays suppliers for goods they have delivered Tax details - ensures Inland Revenue have accurate records References - help employees find a new job somewhere else Paying-in Slips - ensures that bank account records are accurate Word of Mouth - tell customers about special offers
