DAY 1- NOW IS REALITY
Life is so complex, when we travel through life we capture so many memories some of which are fantastic and others of course terrible... A massive problem that we all have is that we tend to dwell quite a lot on the negative things that have happened to us and allow these thoughts into our minds making us unhappy and remorseful. However memories are only captured from past events that you have been through and your past, just like everyone else’s, is no longer real, it was real once but is now no longer real. It can’t possibly still be real because now is real and as of now you are just reading this... you are not currently experiencing the event that caused the memory in the first place! We only have one reality in life and that is the present moment. Your past was real once but is now no longer real and your future does not exist yet, it is just imagined. Do not allow things form your past affect how you feel now, live for the moment the present time is the only reality that you have, so let’s plan for a better future. Part of you wants to change but be aware that you have a part that will be resistant to any form of change, you make the decision. How do you want to wake up in the morning? Feeling the same way as you have always felt, feeling low, lacking in energy, unhappy with self Or you can decide to feel different... say NO I will change, I can do it.

DAY 2- FLUSHING AWAY THE FAT
You should never put fat down a sink because it blocks the pipes. How many times in your life have you been told that, well imagine that you were going to get rid of the fat down the sink how would you do it? The first thing that you would do is melt it, so you’d place the fat in a pan and heat it up and when it becomes liquid form you can then pour it down the sink, but hang on, what we do know is that we don’t want it to reset in the pipes and cause a blockage so you turn the tap on and let the water flow with the fat and also squirt copious amounts of fairy liquid into the sink to help break up the fat. So how do we get rid of human fat, virtually the same way, firstly we need to heat it up, we do this by increasing our metabolic rate, so imagine that you eat lots of great foods which are known to speed our metabolism, you now have lots of liquid fat sloshing around in our bodies, we now need to flush it out.... If you don’t turn the tap on it will stick in your pipes, also don’t forget the fairy liquid, but you can’t drink fairy liquid... consider FRUIT to be your fairy liquid and allow that to help break down the fat in your body!

DAY 3- IT’S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MATTER
Diets fail because it feels like you are punishing your mind, telling yourself what you can and can’t have trying to change everything all at the same time.
When you change a small thing the impact it can have can be incredible. Choose one thing in your life, not a big, huge ginormous thing just a small thing and decide to change it now, whether its deciding that you are going to have porridge every morning, you are going to eat a piece of fruit a day or just simply that you are going to make a conscious effort to smile more and notice more of the world that surrounds you. If you could lose 1lb of weight every week for 52 weeks I’m sure you would be happy.

DAY 4- 3 FACTS ABOUT WATER
When we are dehydrated we always feel lethargic and tired. Dehydration causes a reduction in blood volume; a reduction in blood volume causes a reduction in the supply of oxygen to your muscles; and a reduction in the supply of oxygen to your muscles will make you feel tired
When we burn calories we create toxins (think of the exhaust coming out of your car), we do not want or need these in our bodies and water plays a vital role in flushing them out of your body.
Water will have a positive impact on your metabolic rate, when you are fully hydrated everything works better, you will have more energy and will feel so much more alive.

This can cause so many digestive issues including pain, bloating, tiredness and other symptoms. Some foods are far more calorie dense than others, what this means is that some foods although the amount on the fork and the weight is the same have a much higher calorie count so it makes sense when choosing to leave food you leave more of the stuff that is of a higher calorie count. No matter what the weather is doing today, so no excuses, grab a coat and go for a walk. Walking is one of the best ways to kick your arse into action. Exercise is not just a case of going to the gym or to the swimming pool. Exercise is just movement, the more you move the more weight you will lose (simple). Utilize everything and anything that you have around you to your advantage, turn everyday things into an exercise routine.
So set your mind for action, pop your shoes on and embrace the world outside your front door... it doesn’t have to be far. You decide how far and for how long, just do it.
