Your body is designed to heal itself. Your body is engineered so that when you tapinto its healing force (Heart Centered Consciousness), that force will lead you tocomplete health and well-being.
You
already
possess
the
knowledge
necessary
to
come
into
alignment
with
your
totalwell-being on all levels: spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
Your body wants to be healthy. Every cell of your being carries extraordinary
intelligence and fortitude. The healing power of connecting to Heart CenteredConsciousness (HCC) is within you and accessible to you at your will.
When you connect with HCC, you have the opportunity to create or change anythingthat you desire. You do this by going deep within yourself to access yoursubconscious mind. This is where your core issues are stored in the form of limiting
belief systems.
Limiting beliefs are attitudes, perceptions and opinions you adopted during events
when
you
felt
unsafe
or
frightened.
You
needed
an
explanation
to
cope
with
thesituation and developed beliefs such as: ~ People only love me when I'm sick.
~ I need to be angry to get my own way.
These beliefs pinch off your energy and over time, cause you to become ill. Illness isan indicator that you need to re-examine your old beliefs made in moments oftrauma and create new beliefs that are in alignment with your true desires.
By dropping all resistance, focusing on a given core issue and asking your body toguide you through unraveling that issue, you will connect with the limitless wisdomand unconditional love already inside of you.

Beliefs can be positive and empowering; or negative and limiting.
Your beliefs are essentially made up of thoughts. When you habitually think thesame thoughts, they become "real" in your mind and form your beliefs. If you can
create
thoughts,
you
can
definitely
change
them.
Limiting beliefs fall into the following categories identified by Dilts & DeLozier:
1) Hopelessness: you do not believe it is possible to achieve anything. 2) Helplessness: believing something is possible but you are not personally
capable of achieving it. 3) Worthlessness: feeling you don't deserve to attain success whatsoever.
Beliefs are formed through: 1) Childhood Imprints: from birth up to 7 years of age.
2) Environment: stories you were told at home, at school and in the community.
3) Modeling: unconsciously taking on the beliefs of someone you deeply admire.
4)
Significant
Experiences:
if
the
experiences
were
triumphant,
you
are
likely
tobelieve that anything is possible. If the experiences were horrific, you are apt to adopt disempowering thoughts and fears.
Beliefs are "perceptual filters." They determine how you view the world and act as
confirmations in your reality of the environment. Problems arise when they areflawed, distorted or steeped in unhelpful ways.
Deeply rooted beliefs are usually in the form of black or white thinking andencompass extremes such as: "should" and "should never", "can" and "cannot"; and"a piece of cake" and "way impossible."
Admittedly, certain beliefs may have served the purpose of protecting you from harmwhile
you
were
young.
However
they
may
not
be
thoroughly
relevant
now.

Is
this belief still a useful one for me?

Start the process of AWARENESS by reflecting daily on your thinking. Do you have

How do you begin?
By noticing what you pay attention to. Your very perception of reality is tied closelyto where you focus your attention. What you pay attention to seems real to you. Whatever you ignore - no matter how important- fades into insignificance.

To increase your awareness and focus your attention, it is important to be able to
listen to the messages that your body is sending on a continual bases. You will gainclarity as you become conscious of what you are feeling physically as well as whatyour mind and emotions are saying.
All healing and wellness starts with awareness and connection with your body.Deepak Chopra wrote the following about the body's infinite capacity for change andrenewal:
Every skill you learn creates a new neural network in your brain.
Every new thought creates a unique pattern of brain activity.
Your genes actually tune into your thoughts and emotions and, in mysterious
ways, switch on and off according to your desires. Any change in mood is conveyed (via messenger molecules) to every part of the
body, altering the basic chemical activity of each cell.

Happiness is the state of being of your true self from Heart Centered Consciousness.You only lose sight of the source of your happiness through a variety of cultural,social, educational, environmental and relational conditioning. When you respond to life from your true self rather than from your conditioned self,
you
are
able
to
manifest
what
you
want.
What do you want in your life?
Often what happens in our lives is we spend more time focusing on what we don't
want instead of what we do want. Unfortunately, this type of thinking does notattract the results we want. In fact, it brings us the exact opposite.
The secret to prosperity is to make a list of what you want and expect it. Yes, that's
right - expect to get it. Again, people will make a list and not expect to get most ofit. So what happens is just that - nothing.
The world is an abundant place. The only thing in the way of you having all that youwant is your belief that you can't have it. Your job on this prosperity journey is to
change
the
limiting
beliefs
that
prevent
you
from
having
all
that
you
desire.

The first step in getting everything you want is to be able to recognize what youwant and appreciate when it shows up in your life.
1) Divide a page in three columns.
2) Label column #1: Do, #2: Be, and #3: Have.
3) Write your list with the knowingness that there are no limitations. Anything ispossible!

inherent in all of us, a combination of energy patterns leading towards a natural

being.
One of the most important tasks in your life is to find these talents and gifts withinyourself, which is recognizing what you have brought into your creation.

Finding your strengths and talents is like first building the basement for your house.
It is your foundation.

The following breathing meditation will quietly connect you to your Heart.
1) Choose a quiet place to meditate and sit in a comfortable position.

All living and inanimate objects are comprised of energy. All energy manifests asvibration. That vibration can be measured in terms of frequency- the number ofvibrations per second.
You have a frequency of vibration. Your thoughts are energy. Each has a vibration.
As a child if you were told enough times that you couldn't do something, eventually
you learned to believe it. Your mind was eager to amass as much new information as possible. You soaked up what you saw, heard and what you were told, even if it was
negative in nature.
Until you become aware that your limiting beliefs exist, you will not make any effort
to change them. You must first understand why you limit yourself and choose anew possibility.
Whatever you think, will create your reality. Your thoughts can be based on truths or
limiting
beliefs.
If
you
believe
you
can't ,
you
probably
won't ,
if
you
believe
you
can, you probably will .
When you accept your self-limiting beliefs as reality, you actually give away yourpower to create. Often, the reason you give away this power and accept limiting
beliefs as reality, is because it's what you are used to doing. It's a habit.
You have the ability to create what you want at any moment. No belief is cast in
stone. Any belief can be altered if you focus on changing it with a positive affirmation

Limiting beliefs are not mere fleeting thoughts. They run a hidden program much like

They

small
"voices"
in

Heart Centered Activation
1) Quiet yourself by taking a few deep breaths. 2) Connect to your wisdom by placing your right hand over your heart center.
3) Think about one of your limiting beliefs on your list from day 9 pick. 4) As you think about that belief notice how your body feels.
5) Place your left hand on the body sensation that stands out strongest.
6) Focus on your heart center.
7) Your internal wisdom will tell you what resource activation you need.
8) You will hear, see, know or feel the information coming from your heart.

10)Imagine a brilliant light being activated from your heart center.
11)Envision that light filling all of the cells in your body. Visualize you cells

Some beliefs require deeper exploration in order to get to the core root. If you feelthe limiting belief is still there after the activation process, ask yourself:
• What is the emotion I am feeling?

body?
• What is the earliest age I remember feeling this same way?
• What decision did I make about myself, others and the world at that time?
• What did I need at that moment to feel safe and ok?
You can activate whatever you needed, from within you right now. Continue
activating resources states until you feel that part feels complete.
You will know you are completed when:
1) That part of you no longer feels disowned or unaccepted.
2) When you think back to the traumatic moment, you just do not have the
same reactions in your body.

What you think about grows. Focus your intention on growing self-appreciationthrough the use of affirmations.
Affirmations are positive thoughts or statements about an outcome you wish toachieve. Instead of negative self-talk, you can use positive affirmations to direct
what
your
focus
will
be.
1) State your innermost desires.
2) You must believe that what you are affirming is possible for you.
3) When you read your affirmation, you should feel a positive response.
4) State your affirmations in the present tense. Use "I am..."
5) Write affirmations in the positive state.
Repetition of affirmations will counteract the sometimes automatic, negative
thoughts that may stream through your mind and aid in maintaining a state ofoptimism.

Deepak Chopra says about change, awareness, attitude and miracles: Using effort toconsciously practice an attitude or to cultivate a mood is unnecessary and can cause
stress and strain. It is important only that we know what our attitudes are, and that we
become aware of them.
The
more
we
become
aware,
the
more
this
knowledge
gets
structured
in
ourconsciousness. Then, it is more likely that our attitude and behavior will change.
Limiting beliefs have a method to their madness; they keep us safe - safe from ever
having to take a risk or make a mistake. If you've noticed, we really believe that
little birdie in our head that keeps saying: you can't do that, don't try that, you'renot good enough or smart enough and so on.
It seems that whenever we initiate change in our life or take on a new challenge, weoften encounter limiting beliefs. The emotions that get triggered are negative onessuch as fear, anger or sadness. What happens is you come face-to-face with old
programs that were created early in your life. If you're not conscious of your
behavior,
you'll
repeat
those
old
patterns
and
then
be
left
wondering

why?

Jung believes it is in the heart that you behold the Divine Self because: We say 'You know it in the head, but you don't know it in the heart.' There is an
extraordinary distance from the head to the heart, a distance of ten, twenty, thirtyyears or a whole lifetime. You can know something in the head for forty years and it
may never have touched the heart. But only when you have realized it in the heart,

notice
of
it.
Research has been conducted on the effects of emotion on the heart's rhythm.
When the individual felt negative emotions, the graph waves were jagged,unpredictable and the heart wave fluctuated unpredictably. Over time, a chaotic ordistorted heart rhythm creates a chain reaction in your body: blood vessels constrict
and blood pressure rises. This can lead to hypertension, heart disease and stroke.

are,

your

core
comprised

pure
energy.
You

comprised

atoms,which when broken down and analyzed further consist of sub-atomic particles suchas: photons, neurons, electrons, etc.
As you know, differing thoughts, emotions, words and beliefs hold their very ownunique vibrational frequency or resonance.
Developing self-awareness that YOUR thoughts, YOUR beliefs and YOUR emotions
are actually creative seeds is essential if you ever hope to begin consciously creatingdesired results in your life and fulfilling your most cherished hopes and dreams.
For example, if during your childhood you were taught (and still believe) that:

~ you must work hard for the money that you get
It is certain that these FALSE beliefs are emitting a vibration that cause you tocontinuously experience financial issues or go through unnecessary struggles.
Until you develop self-awareness of the need to change these current beliefs, youwill continue to experience the same old events, conditions and circumstances.
The truth is: you have limitless creative potential. You can achieve self-mastery andbecome a purposeful creator of the events, conditions and circumstances in your life!

Carl Jung said that Native American elders told him they could understand why most
contemporary people in our culture are so lost and in so much pain, because they
listen to their heads, not their hearts.
Entrainment is the process whereby one frequency of vibration aligns with or
matches another. Through developing self-awareness, you entrain yourself to the
wisdom
of
your
heart.
This is where you will discover your true power. The truth is: you have an unlimitedability to attract and experience the things you most desire in your life.
Life only continues to be a struggle if you believe that you are helpless and unable tochange the events, conditions and circumstances you encounter. This falsely
established belief and the emotions you feel as a result, prevent you from taking the
initiative to find the answers that are readily available to you.
These answers allow you to minimize the effects and length of enduring seemingly"inevitable" challenges. This is the reason why so many people seem to struggle andendure undesirable situations for longer periods of time than is actually necessary.
By learning to quiet the mindless babble of your mind, quell the anxieties created bythe external world and learn how to become silent, you will, with effortless ease, beprovided with the infinite knowledge and wisdom from your heart.
Your only task is to develop the pathway to your heart, listen to your internalwisdom and unleash your creative power. Then, your life will transform into pureJoy, Fulfillment, Profound Inner Peace and Limitless Blessings.

When a SPEC scan was performed on a brain thinking Appreciative thoughts, therewas an increase in blood flow to the whole brain and specifically, to the cerebellum
and left frontal lobe.
Dr. Amen explains the importance of these findings and says: When you think
thoughts
of
appreciation,
your
brain
functions
well,
firing
all
cylinders.
Your
brain
isappropriately active, allowing you to be flexible, collaborative and motivated to setgoals. Your thoughts are clearly focused and you can readily switch from one idea to
another. Your memory is intact. Your cerebellum is innervated and physically you
are coordinated and energized. Your left lobe operates fully, making you lesssusceptible to rage, violent actions or dark thoughts. When you think positivethoughts, you feel: uplifted, happy, joyous, enthusiastic and at peace. This will lead
you to respond with behaviors corresponding to these positive feeling.
What an amazing chain reaction! By choosing to think thoughts of Appreciation, youare really enhancing your total well-being.
Your healing journey is about discovering the parts of yourself you don't accept or
like.
You
have

"programmed
identity"
of
who
you
think
you
are
based
on
a
myriadof beliefs given to you by your parents, society, group consciousness and history.
By performing the Heart Centered Consciousness Activation process daily, you will

You are here to remember all that you already know. The wisdom is already withinyou and it is awakened as you journey within to your heart. As you embrace your full

You can make the journey of your life easy or you can make it hard. Your beliefsystem determines the direction.
If you believe the journey will be hard then that is what you will experience. If youmake a commitment to make this journey EASY and FUN then guess what? It's easy
and
fun!
Change
is
really
that
simple.
Most of the time, we walk around in vibrational neutral. We're not deliberatelyfocusing our thoughts or feelings; we're just letting them ramble.
This is why it feels like people or situations can MAKE you feel a certain way. What's
really happening is that in the absence of your own strongly focused vibration youare being entrained by another person's or situation's vibration.
What is one thing that you want to do and are avoiding doing it?
Perhaps you want to start exercising and you've decided to start on Monday. Mondayarrives and it gets late. You say: "I can't exercise now, it's too late." Try changing
this
to
"I
won't
exercise
now,
it's
too
late."
This
is
really
the
truth.
You
found
all
sorts
of other things to fill your day rather than exercising as you promised yourself you
would. You are in the driver's seat and the fact is you won't exercise.
Inspired Action
If you are not choosing empowering beliefs, limiting beliefs are running the show.When you notice yourself making choices that disempower you, ask:
1) What is stopping me from doing this?
2) What do I believe?
3) What do I choose to believe?

Most of us hang onto or constantly recall our unpleasant or negative experiences -some of which go all the way back to childhood or can even stem from other
lifetimes. When you hold on to negative experiences you block your ability to moveforward or evolve.
The
question
is: Do you have an inner clarity that your prime directive is to feel peace? If so… What
is causing you to hold thought forms that make you feel otherwise?
Inner clarity is simply about: what you want in your life and how you want to feel.
It really is black and white - do you have a preference for peace or pain? Once you
are clear about this and presumably have chosen peace, then you can take the next
steps toward reclaiming your inner knowing of and experiences of peace.
The Universe we live in is attraction based. This means that the thoughts you think
cause what you see in your life. Whether you are feeling the emotions of negativity
(i.e. anger) or positive emotions (i.e. bliss) you are always attracting your
experiences.
More importantly the degree to which we feel the thought forms brings about theattraction of the experience at a quicker rate.

What experiences are you attracting in your life? Are you enjoying these? Whatexperiences do you want to have more of?
Within you right now is the power to do things you never dreamed possible. This power becomes available to you just as soon as you can change your beliefs.

Shakespeare wrote: All the world's a stage. And all the men and women merely
players... Everyone in our lives is a mirror. How others respond to us is a directreflection of what we are putting out. The quality of our interactions with those
around us is a result of what we emanate. These moments with our mirrors can be
used
as
a
guide
for
what
we
need
to
change.
We can let go of all those past relationships, bad memories and negative thoughtforms and call them: The Story of What Was. The good news is that if we hang ontoThe Story, life will become more and more difficult. Thus, it will 'push' us to become
clear about who we really want to be. In essence, by holding onto who we think we
are; who we think we are supposed to be or holding an attachment to something wethink we need -- we don't allow ourselves to move forward, grow and achievewonderful things.
Whether we are aware of it or not, there is always an intent operating behind the
scenes. Most people are not aware of the intent that is currently guiding their
choices, actions and behaviors. What is driving your life? Conscious or Unconscious
Intention?
We all go through positive and negative experiences during our lives. When weexperience the positive, we are in alignment with our innate desires. By experiencing
the negative, we are showing ourselves that we are out of alignment. It is a simpleand perfect system. The Universe and all our experiences exist for us to develop our
inner clarity.
Through the power of intentional focus there is an invisible Life Force Energy
available to all of us. Wayne Dyer states:
There's no place that you can go where it isn't. It can't be divided and it is present in
everything
you
see
or
touch.
This
infinite
intelligent
force
is
every
where…
At
themoment of conception, intention sets in motion how your physical form will appear
and how your growing and aging process will unfold. It also sets in motion your non-
physical aspects, including your emotions, thoughts, and disposition... This field ofintention is here now and available to us all. When you ACTIVATE it, you'll begin to
feel purpose in your life, and you'll be guided by your infinite self.

Inspired Action
Tips for setting powerful Intentions: 1) Be clear and specific. Know what you want, otherwise you send out conflicting
intents.
2) Use visioning. Amass a group of like-minded supporters to engage in the
process of revealing your heart's desires.
3) Connect with your higher purpose. How you can best serve others while beingtrue to yourself.
4) Connect emotionally with how it feels to already "own" the desired intent.
5) Hold the intent in your being for at least 68 seconds.
6) Be in the state of gratitude when making the intent. Acknowledge with a
thank-you
for
what-is-to-come,
as
if
you
are
already
in
receipt
of
it.
7) If you feel resistance, release limiting beliefs through the HCC process.
8) Surrender the "how." Avoid wondering how the Universe is going to bringyour intent to you. Trust that what you asked for is being worked on.
9) Focus on entraining your vibration to match the frequency of your intent.
10)Take action to allow your desires to happen. For example: • If you are making the intent for a romantic partner, you may want to
pick up extra weekend activities that allow you to meet someone. •
If
you
are
making
the
intent
for
a
new
house
in
a
new
location,
soakup the atmosphere by driving around the new neighborhood.
