RE: Inspection Report for Property at 207 East Lowell Street Leroy, MN 55951
The following are the list of items that have been corrected since the inspection on 8-13-2020.
The corrections were performed by: Roger Meyer Master Electrician MN license #AM006887
Recommendation #9: Condition: Double Taps North Basement Utility room Resolution: The double wired taps of 2 wires attached to a single breaker were changed to a single wired tap using wire nuts which meets Minnesota code. Recommendation #14: Condition: Heat recovery Ventilator/Ducts-Grilles were obstructed. Resolution: The ducts were thoroughly cleaned by using an air compressor to blow off filter and vacuuming.
Recommendation #53: Condition: Broken door handle on patio door in dining room.
Resolution: Door handle was replaced and functioning properly.
