Election could lend Communists share of power as Social Democrats seek to form partner-ship The Czech parliament has voted to dissolve itself, triggering an early election which could hand the Communist party a share in power for the first time since a bloodless revolution ended its totalitarian rule two decades ago. Opinion polls show that the centre-left Social Democrats will be the biggest party, but they will need support from other groups to govern. The party's leader said he would talk to the Communists about forming a partnership. In the eyes of many people in this country of 10 million people, the Communists are asso-ciated with 41 years of repression, but by being out of power for so long, the party has es-caped the taint of sleaze and corruption that has troubled successive governments since the revolution. Tuesday's vote to dissolve parliament came about after the previous elected government folded under charges from prosecutors that an aide to the prime minister, who was also his lover, had his wife put under surveillance. The dissolution was supported by 140 mem-bers of the 200-seat lower house of parliament. The president, Milos Zeman, must now schedule an election, likely to be at the end of Oc-tober. In an interview with Reuters before the dissolution vote, Social Democrat leader Bohuslav Sobotka said that after the election he hoped his party would form a minority government backed by other groups. "It is definitely possible to expect negotiations with KSCM [the Communist Party]," Sobotka said. "The Communists are in a number of town halls and in regional leaderships, and I do not see it causing problems." But he said his party would not accommodate the Communists' programme or bring them into a governing coalition. That was a nod to the toxic reputation the Communists still have for many Czech people, and to worries about backtracking on market reforms in the Czech Republic, one of the more stable emerging markets, which has attracted heavy foreign investment.

A Study of Forty Mothers Charts for Twin Birth Rule -Research Study

Twin or multiple birth is indicated if the 5th cuspal sub lord is connected to dual signs (Gemini, Sagittarius and Pisces) and also signifies house 2, 5 or 11, and to be fructified during the joint dasa period of significators of 2, 5 or 11 with connec-tion to dual signs.

This twin birth rule is a particular planetary pattern which is significantly found in the study of forty natal charts of mothers who gave birth to twins or multiples. This study is a further research on the role of dual signs which is observed in the last month research study, why Virgo is not a dual sign? in the KP second marriage rule.

For promise of twin or multiple birth, analysis of the 5th cuspal sub lord and its sign lord is shown in the attached table 1. Regarding timing of twin or multiple birth, the lords of Dasa, Bhukti, Antra and Sookshma at the time of twin or multiple birth is given in the at-tached table 2.

In the table 1, twin or multiple birth is clearly found promised if the 5th cuspal sub lord is connected to dual signs and also signifies house 2, 5 or 11 by taking consideration of dual signs themselves and also their lords, dual planet Mercury and Jupiter, planet of expan-sion and karaka for child birth. It is generally significant in 35 charts (87.5 percent) out of total 40 charts under study, except chart no. 4, 18, 25, 27 and 34. Here only 5th cuspal sub lord is considered for child birth in general, in stead of going to 7th , 9th , 11th etc , one of which may always indicate twin birth.

In the table 2, twin or multiple birth is significantly found in 36 charts (90 percent) out of total 40 charts under study, except chart no. 2, 4, 27 and 38, during the joint dasa period of significators of 2, 5 or 11 with connection to dual signs. Of course signification of house 7, 9, 11 will appear for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th issue of children respectively.

The twin or multiple is therefore significantly found when the 5th cuspal sub lord is con-nected to dual signs (Gemini, Sagittarius and Pisces) and signifies house 2, 5 or 11 and materialized during the joint dasa period of significators of 2, 5 or 11 that are connected to dual signs, in 33 charts (82.5 percent) out of total 40 charts under study, except chart no. 2, 4, 8, 25, 27, 34 and 38.

A querent from Delhi, who has done B TECH degree was under tension for not getting a job, asked me to check astrologically when she will get a job. I asked her to intimate any horary number between 1 and 249. She told the horary number as 112. I made the horary map for the said number on dated 23-10-2010 at 1:40 PM at Chandigarh.

MOON REVEALS THE NATURE OF QUERY. Moon is lord of 11 in 8. Starlord Ketu in 10. Ketu is in the sign of Mercury in 2 lord of 10; further Moon is in the sub of Jupiter in 6. So Moon has a linkage with 6 [service / job], 10[occupation], 2[monetary gain], 11 [fulfillment of desire] and 8[tension]. Hence Moon reveals that querent has tension for not getting a suitable job.

GULBERGA THEORY If the sublord of horary number furnished happens to be either Moon starlord or Lagna star-lord among ruling planets, hen the query is to be answered affirmative, otherwise not. In the case under reference, sublord of horary number is Moon and Lagna starlord of ruling plan-ets is also Moon. Hence I told the querent that answer to her query is positive and she will get a job as desired.

On 5th Sep 2013 I received a phone call for homeopathic advice for a woman who is having pregnancy for the 2nd time. She was having some inconvenience with her pregnancy and doctors told that the embryo has improper heart beat and it may lead to abortion. I advised her with my little knowledge, and noted down the time for astrological analysis out of my curiosity.

Hints: 1. If the 5th CSL signifies 2, 5, 11, the woman concerned is pregnant.2. If the 5th CSL signifies 1, 4, 6, 10, 8, 12 connected with Mars, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu, then

it is an indication for abortion.As it is her 2nd pregnancy consider 7 CSL instead of 5 CSL.

Krishnaurthi Padhdhathi says that a planet will offer the results signified by the star lord, and that the Sub Lord decides the nature of results offered by the planet. This sub lord the-ory is the cream of the K.P. Therefore, in the analysis of a birth chart, we are paying more concentration on the position of the sub lord of the planets and bhavas.

The sub lord position of the ascendant is the most important part in the delineation of a birth chart. This sub lord gives all the details about the native starting from the life span to all other qualities of the person. The following birth chart has been analysed according to the rules laid in the K.P. and the details is given here.

Mercury is deposited in the sign of Scorpio, a fixed sign. This Mercury is deposited in a star of Jupiter and this Jupiter is occupying the sign of Leo a fixed sign. Therefore, the death should be in his native place.

At the time of death, he was under the influence of Venus dasa and Rahu bukthi. Venus is a significator for 8th, 10th, 9th, 7th and 12th bhavas.
