Cardinal's newly renovated Execultive lounge is perfect for a small intimate wedding ceremony and reception as we can fit up 80 guests. This area also features cathedral ceilings and a balcony with the

picturesque view of the golf course.

POND VIEW WEDDING SITEUP TO 220 GUESTS

$1500Our outdoor wedding site is set along the water overlooking the breathtaking views of the 10th Tee of the golf course. We handle the set up and take down of white folding chairs, arbour, electrical, hand-held microphone and stand so you don't have to worry about anything.

GENERAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE ARE THE FOLLOWING:

MENUSThe preceding food and beverage suggestions are some of our many amazing offerings. Our event planners look forward to assisting you with your selections and would be pleased to assist with customized menus.

Menu selections must be submitted four weeks prior to the function. No food or beverages can be brought in or taken out of the property without written permission of the club and are subject to such service and/or labor charges as are deemed necessary.

GUARANTEESThe Event coordinator requires notification of the guaranteed attendance by noon 10 days prior to the function date. If a number is not provided by the requested date, the estimated number will be used as the guaranteed number.

The club prepares all banquets based on the guaranteed number. We are unable to ensure that we will be able to provide the agreed menu and seating for numbers exceeding the confirmed total attendance. If the attendance is lower than the guarantee, the customer is responsible for payment for the guaranteed number.

BEVERAGESThe Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages and, as a licensee, we are responsible for the administration of these regulations. Therefore, no alcoholic beverages can be brought into or taken out of our licensed establishment from any outside sources. This includes all donated or homemade alcohol products. The club reserves the right to verify identification for any persons who appear to be less than 25 years old.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY An initial deposit of $1000.00 is required to hold any event for a specific date. The deposit is non-refundable once the date is secured and will be credited towards the total cost of your event(s). Guests will be provided with personalized quotes with an estimate of their costs prior to their function. A second deposit of 40% of the estimated total is due six months prior to the event date and final payment is required 48 hours prior to the event date. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or credit card.

S.O.C.A.N AND RESOUNDWe are required by law to collect royalties when copyright music is played.

Current fees are SOCAN - $63.49 and $26.63 for Re:Sound. Fees are subject to change without notice.

DECORATIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT Please advise us of any plans for room decorations and what form of entertainment you will have for your function. Our events department will provide operational guidelines for vendors providing decorations, flowers and entertainment. We will also update your Banquet Events Order sheet and provide a point of contact the day of your event.

No confetti, rice, glitter, table confetti or floral petals inside or outside of the facility. A minimum cleaning charge of $150 will be levied against parties ignoring this rule. The house sound system is not accessible, and all providers must supply all of their own equipment. A table with linen and a chair and sufficient electrical will be supplied by the club.

RENTAL FEESA venue rental fee will be levied for all events. The rental fee is additional and varies according to the venue space and minimum required revenues. Rental rates will be advised via your event planner as part of the quote process.

STORAGE/ROOM SETUPWe must be advised in advance of any requests for deliveries or storage of items. We will make every effort to accommodate all requests, but space is limited.

Room setup will be done the day of the event as the venue may be occupied the prior day or evening. Access for vendors the day of a wedding is any time after noon. For other event types, access time is one hour prior to your guest arrival time and is based on a five-hour rental (unless otherwise arranged).

Prices are per guest (unless otherwise indicated) and are subject to an administration fee and applicable taxes (unless an all-inclusive price is specified). All prices are subject to change without notice.
