Your reservation will be held provisionally for 14 days or until receipt of your 20% holiday cost deposit or £200 whichever is the greatest. Travel documents - Please note all European holidays require a full valid UK passport. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any visa/health documents you may require.

Challenging behaviour - In the event of you, developing or displaying any physical, threatening or disruptive behaviour we reserve the right to terminate your holiday and return you to your residence at your own expense. In any of these circumstances no refund or compensation will be paid to you and we may claim against you for any additional cost incurred as a result of your behaviour.
