CURBSIDE FOOD/YARD WASTE CURBSIDE RECYCLING - PLASTIC, PAPER, CARDBOARD, ALUMINUM AND TIN CANS Coffee grounds and filters, tea bags, waxed cardboard, soiled paper bags, kitchen paper towels, paper napkins, non-coated paper plates, and loose shredded paper. $1 per large black bag or garbage can of yard waste $12 per yard of yard waste if brought in by the truck load $10.00 per yard for concrete We do not take: Treated or painted lumber, rocks, stumps with dirt If you are currently a City of Sedro-Woolley resident and pay for garbage service, the following rates apply: We can accept: Grass, leaves, brush, branches, sod & dirt (Christmas trees, pumpkins are free) Other City services include: Bulky items pick up, such as couches, chairs, mattresses, building materials & appliances.
