Building Better Communities in Orange County Since 1977

Welcome to 2021! The last year has been extraordinary, and we hope that you and yours are doing well. We look forward to partnering with you in the new year and are pleased to announce our new e-commerce site, www.shopcaioc.org. Established in 1977, the Orange County Regional Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (“CAI-OC”) serves the homeowner leaders, community managers, and business partners who work with residents in more than 5,000 community associations in our 34-city region by providing information, education, and resources that further our mission of Building Better Communities. TARGETED MARKETING FOR YOUR COMPANY

CAI-OC provides the most direct line of marketing to community association board members and community managers in Orange County. With 1,400 members and growing, the chapter is the largest in California and 6th largest in CAI’s international network of 64 chapters. MARKETING & ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

Our chapter has many educational events including luncheons, mini trade shows, symposium and classroom seminars. All of these offer both exhibitor and marketing opportunities. In addition to the educational events, the chapter provides many social events to meet the networking needs of our members, including an annual golf tournament, billiards tournament, holiday social, and more. One of our signature events is the Annual OCEC Awards Dinner to recognize the

outstanding contributions of our members and industry leaders who serve the community associations in Orange County. Advertising opportunities include the chapter’s award winning OC View. The OC View is a 40-page, full color magazine that serves the entire community association industry in Orange County. The chapter’s website is the leading resource for HOA board members with an online service directory, best practice reports, articles on legislative updates for the industry and much more. Virtual Marketing Opportunities became available in 2020 and include Presenting, Commercial, and other levels at our Couch Connect Webinars, 20-Minute Power Classes live– streamed on our social media, 10-minute CAI-OC Cribs Facility Tour live-streamed on social media and more.

Please Note: All prices quoted are CAI-OC member pricing. Non-member pricing is an additional 50% over the quoted price. Pre-payment in full with a credit card us-ing our new e-commerce site is required to guarantee all marketing opportunities and advertising purchased online. Couch Connect & Digital Event Testimonials

“Being an HOA Board member

is challenging even in normal

times, and the issues we now

face due to the COVID-19

pandemic have significantly

increased these challenges. The CAI-OC

events focused on the problems that the

pandemic has created in the areas of legal

issues, budgeting, homeowner communica-

tions, and other problems have been

invaluable in helping our Board function

effectively during the ‘new normal’ while

continuing to make the long-term decisions to

allow us ensure that we are in good

financial and operating condition when we

can re-open our facilities and return to

normal community activities.”

S. F. CAI-OC Homeowner Leader Member

As one of the early adopters of

CAI OC’s digital/virtual

marketing opportunities, we

found that we fit right into this

type of marketing niche. Our

company had already produced a number of

videos and podcasts so with CAI OC’s pivot

into more digital and virtual opportunities due

to COVID 19, we were able to plug right in. We

appreciate the chapters quick “out of the

box” thinking to provide the platform for us to

still reach our valuable community managers

and homeowner leader customers. Moving

into the future, we hope CAI OC continues

with these new marketing opportunities in

addition to the luncheons and special events. R. K. CAI-OC Business Partner Member

I LOVE the topic of mental

health and think it is so

important to normalize talking

about it. Really appreciate the

partnership of having a

licensed professional come in like we would

for experts in all fields. Well done, CAI!
