She works for the APA where her responsibilities include researching, preparing, and delivering APA learning programs including classroom courses, virtual classes, and webinars. Sally also processes the payroll for APA.

Mary is the Chief Customer Officer for Payslip, an Ireland-based company where she uses her wide range of expertise to ensure clients have a world class on-boarding experience with an eye toward building a long-term partnership with them. Alice is the Director of Government Relations at the APA advocating for payroll professionals in Washington, D.C., and across the United States. She supports the APA’s Government Relations Task Force (GRTF) Subcommittees on Child Support, Federal Issues, Garnishments, Payroll Cards, and State and Local Topics. Prior to APA, she worked as a director at the National Waste and Recycling Association developing and implementing educational programs and public relations strategies, managing state chapters and policy-making groups, and lobbying government decision-makers.

Danita began her career in HR management for companies like American Express and Xerox, transitioning to business development for HR outsourcing and HR technology products. Lawrence Mosblech Branch Chief, Business Stakeholder Relationship Management Internal Revenue Service, National Public Liaison Office

As Chief of the Business Stakeholder Relationship Management Branch in the IRS Office of National Public Liaison, Lawrence is responsible for coordinating outreach events that engage tax practitioner organizations, small business associations, and the payroll industry. Lawrence and his staff also develop and maintain relationships through which they disseminate information and receive feedback about IRS outreach initiatives. Lawrence has served in various communication and liaison roles with the IRS for 29 years.

John Myett Director, Government Affairs ADP, LLC

John is Director of Government Affairs for ADP’s Compliance Solutions Division. In this role he is responsible for developing and maintaining key strategic partnerships with the IRS, SSA, and other federal agencies. John came to this role at ADP following a 23-year career with the IRS, and has extensive experience with payroll and employment taxes. Most notably John had a leadership role in the development of the IRS’ Employment Tax e-file System, and was the National Account Manager for the IRS’ largest payroll industry partners.

Matthew Newton Program Manager, Office of Electronic Services and Technology Social Security Administration

Matthew is a Program Manager in the SSA’s Office of Electronic Services and Technology (OEST) leading the Earnings and Enumerations team. He joined SSA in 2004 as a systems analyst and later team leader working with the agency’s Business Services Online (BSO). In 2014, he moved to SSA’s OEST as a business analyst working with SSA’s earnings and electronic filing systems and continuing to support BSO. He remained there for a year before being accepted to a nationwide leadership program in SSA where he spent 18 months in leadership roles at the agency. After completing the program, he returned to OEST in 2016 and served as a Program Manager and Team Leader for several different teams.

Sharon is a Director Global Payroll Services at BDO LLP. Prior to this she held the position of Chief Operations Officer with a payroll service provider, specializing in Africa. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals in the U.K. and was awarded the CIPP Payroll Manager of the Year in 2018.
