John came to this role at ADP following a 23-year career with the IRS, and has extensive experience with payroll and employment taxes. Most notably John had a leadership role in the development of the IRS’ Employment Tax e-file System, and was the National Account Manager for the IRS’ largest payroll industry partners.

Matthew is a Program Manager in the SSA’s Office of Electronic Services and Technology (OEST) leading the Earnings and Enumerations team. He joined SSA in 2004 as a systems analyst and later team leader working with the agency’s Business Services Online (BSO). In 2014, he moved to SSA’s OEST as a business analyst working with SSA’s earnings and electronic filing systems and continuing to support BSO. He remained there for a year before being accepted to a nationwide leadership program in SSA where he spent 18 months in leadership roles at the agency.
