2021 TNDU “Christmas in July” Gun Calendar w/ Grand Prize BoatTennessee Ducks Unlimited “Christmas in July” is sponsored by War Eagle Boats

• DU Membership is $50.00 and includes a FREE “Christmas in July” daily prize drawing foldout and limited to 1500 Prize Drawing Tickets.

• The purchase of the Memberships is required to enter the free prize drawing. Each prize drawing ticket constitutes an equal chance to win.

• All unsold memberships and free prize foldouts will be the property of Tennessee Ducks Unlimited.

• A gun/prize image is printed on the Christmas in July foldout and a description is detailed below for every day of the drawing. The daily winner receives the gun/prize printed on the calendar for that day, but some are subject to change due to availability without notice.

• *NEW for 2021* Winning numbers will be drawn out of a “Metal Rolling Cage.” Each drawing will be filmed, and the winning numbers will be revealed via Facebook each day. The Regional Directors, State Chairman, and one non-associated witness will do the drawing.

• Cash or personal checks are accepted for the purchase of each membership.

• Guns will not be awarded until the check clears the bank. Checks returned NSF are subject to an additional fee and disqualification from the drawing.

• Buyers must be 18 years or older. Persons under the age of 18 may not purchase a membership to be entered for the free gun/prize drawing. People ages 18-20 may not win a handgun and will be given a choice of shotguns of equal value to be determined by DU and Reeds.

• All firearm regulations must be met before you can receive a firearm. Any winner failing to pass any relevant state or federal background check will forfeit their gun/prize back to Tennessee Ducks Unlimited.

• FirearmsandBoatsareinherentlydangerous.Winnersareresponsibleforsafeusage,andmustfollowalllaws,regulationsandmanufacturer’s instructions for safe firearms handling and safe prize usage. Tennessee Ducks Unlimited hold no liability for improper use of a firearm and/or other prize won from the free prize drawing.

• Winners will be notified following the daily drawing with further instructions to claim prize.

• No gun/prize will be awarded until drawing number and money for membership have been accounted for by Tennessee Ducks Unlimited.

• All prize winners are responsible for any fees (shipping, FFL transfer, Taxes, etc.)

• All unclaimed guns and/or prizes become property of Tennessee Ducks Unlimited if they are not claimed by Saturday, October 2, 2021

• Tennessee Ducks Unlimited reserves the right to modify any gun/prize if needed based on manufacturers available inventory.

The GRAND PRIZE is a 2021 War Eagle Gladiator 750 Boat equipped with trailer, and a 25 HP outboard motor. The gladiator comes standard in Mossy Oak Bottomland camo, adjustable handrail, rear pods, float boxes, Line-X spray liner flooring, and War Eagle’s duck bill with lighting. This boat was proudly donated by the official Aluminum boat company of Ducks Unlimited, War Eagle!
