ABOUT GRATOMIC

Established in 2014, Gratomic is an advanced materials company focused on mine to marketcommercialization of carbon-neutral, high purity vein graphite. The Company is focused onproducing low-cost, eco-friendly graphite and is set to become a key player in EV Battery, Renewable Resource, and Energy Storage supply chains.

Gratomic is in the process of solidifying its development plans for micronization and spheronizationof its clean Aukam graphite. This significant milestone is a small, additional step in the Company’sexisting eco-friendly processing cycle and will allow its naturally high-purity graphite to meet idealglobal battery grade standards for use in Li-ion battery anodes.

Two off-take purchase agreements are currently held for lump-vein graphite sourcedfrom Gratomic’s Aukam Graphite Project in Namibia, Africa. Fulfillment of the contracts is slatedto begin in early 2021. The agreements exist with TODAQ and Phu Sumika. TODAQ is aninnovative tech company and will partner with Gratomic on its mine-to-market product tracking.Phu Sumika is a large global graphite supplier for battery, refractory, and industrial lubricants.Gratomic Inc is in the commissioning phase of it’s on-site processing plant and plans to transition toan open pit operation in 2021.

Gratomic Inc. is a leader among its peers, promising to deliver mine-to-market traceability andguaranteed quality control by providing documented tracking of its graphite, including carbon levels beginning at its Aukam Project and verified throughout transport.

ABOUT AUKAM

Located in Namibia, this historic mine brought prosperity to the Karas region in previousdecades. Its first operational phase began in 1940 and it remained in production for 16 years, ceasing operations in 1956. The second phase of activity began in 1964 and the mine remainedactive unit 1974. The Aukam Graphite Project is currently preparing to enter it’s third operational period, which is slated to begin later this year. The mine will finally realize its full potential with an estimated 20,000 tonnes per annum of high-purity vein graphite production.

The Aukam Graphite Project proudly houses a custom engineered on-site production facility. The project is situated on 1416 square Kilometers, hosts a 15 Kilometer visible strike and is home to some of the world’s most naturally pure graphite mineral, averaging 98% Cg post-processing and easily upscaled to 99% + Cg through the addition of air classification. From there, a final process, which includes micronization, spheronization, and coating of the mineral, easily takes the asset to desirable battery grade levels.

The site’s custom processing facility was engineered for effectiveness & efficiency, producing anear negligible 0.8 Kg/tonne of CO2 carbon emissions, as calculated through internal analysis. The versatile and eco-friendly plant was designed in modules for quick and easy expansion. The site boasts approximately 23,000 tonnes of historic surface stockpiles, which are ready for processing.

TRACEABILITYGratomic has partnered with TODAQ to implement an innovative new digital technology system that enables product tracking, quality management, and asset security incomparable to anything that currently exists in the commodity shipping market.

Buyers, shippers, customs, ports and warehouses can trace the commodity back to its origins, guaranteeing product integrity. This verification process prevents commodity tampering, ensuring that the customer is receiving exactly the commissioned product.

Companies will now be able to assemble a traceable store of commodities - allowing quality goods to reach their destinations much more quickly with more efficient payments.

The TODA solution also encourages accuracy and authenticity of information through tracking with QR codes, encryption, and product sampling at various points throughout the course of the shipment and all information is recorded in the commodity asset itself. Commodity trading with TODA creates accountability for both the shipper and the recipient, and transparency and assurance for financers..
