Customer will have the option to wait until the parts are available or have the assembly built at a location other than CAT. If 1st option is chosen, a credit will be issued upon hose pickup. If 2nd option is chosen, Milton CAT will complete a lost hose sales order prior to customer departure and upon return with a copy of the itemized invoice with the new hose assembly, credit will be issued. Invoice must be submitted to Parts Manager within 30 days of lost sale order being created. Credit will be made to the customer’s account at the price of what Milton CAT would have charged for that hose assembly.
