Isang dalubhasa sa larangan ng teknolohiya ang inanyayahan ng lokal na pamahalaan ng Balingsaga upang magsagawa ng isang pagsasanay ng mga mag-aaral na magtatapos sa mataas na paaralan, at walang pangunahing kaalaman sa paggamit ng kompyuter.

Si Erito Sugay ay isinilang at lumaki sa Balingsaga at nagtatag ng SUGPONG, isang matagumpay na tagapaglaan ng serbisyong internet sa Asya.

Ang kawalan sa buhay at naiibang talento sa agham at teknolohiya ang naging susi upang maging iskolar ng Balingsaga at matupad ang pangarap niyang makapagtapos ng pag-aaral. Sa kalaunan, naitatag niya ang sariling kumpanya na tuon sa teknolohikal na pagbabago.

Sa nasaad na pagsasanay ay magtuturo si Erito ng pang teknikal na kaalaman tulad ng mga pangunahing kasanayan sa paggamit ng kompyuter. Napakasayang mamasyal sa Pilipinas. Sadyang malaki ang naidudulot ng turismo sa ekonomiya at sa pagtaguyod ng ating pakikipagkapwa tao, upang umunlad ang pagkakaisa at pagkakaibigan. Dahil dito nababawasan ang kawalan ng katarungan sa mundo.

Gayunpaman, ang patuloy na pagdami ng mga turista sa bansa ay nakakasira sa ating pamumuhay. Napakaraming bus ng mga turista na bumibisita sa ating mga destinasyong pangkultura at pangkalakalan. Nasisira nila ang mga makasaysayang lugar sa laki ng kanilang mga grupo at pag-iwan ng mga basura.

Maging ang katagang eko-turismo ay mapanlinlang 'pagkat bihira itong magtaguyod ng tunay sa kalikasan? Hindi ba ito tungkol sa pera at pera lang sa huli?
