We encourage you to take a look at the wide variety of programs TBA is offering this year. While this directory represents programs for 2020 scheduled at the time we went to print, programs are added to the calendar throughout the year. Visit our website at www.TNBankers.org/calendar for up-to-date information on all our programs and products.

This directory lists only the early registration prices. For most programs, early registration closes at the end of business two weeks before the scheduled program date. Complete pricing details are included in each program brochure and TBA’s online calendar.

Programs have not been pre-approved for continuing education (CE) credit by ABA Professional Certifications. Attendees who require CE credits should go to https://www.aba.com/Training/Certifications/Pages/CEProviders.aspx for further instructions.

NOTE: All dates, prices, instructors, and other information listed in the 2020 TBA Professional Development Directory are correct at time of printing. They are, however, subject to changes.

ABA DIPLOMAS & CERTIFICATESFor more than 100 years, bankers have taken advantage of ABA certificate and diploma programs to prepare for careers in banking and to enhance the skills and knowledge they already possess. Certificates build the skills necessary for a specific position in the bank and can be taken entirely online as a certificate curriculum. Diplomas provide broader and more thorough coverage of banking as a profession.

ABA TEXTBOOKS & REFERENCE MATERIALSABA textbooks support the ABA Training curriculum. They are used in the delivery of facilitated online courses, and can also be used to deliver training in your bank. You may contact Monique White with Tennessee Bankers Association for ordering materials or for structuring classes in your bank or area. Also, reference materials in compliance and trust support the ICB exam prep courses, and are also standalone resources for professionals in those disciplines.

IN-BANK TRAININGFor information regarding in-bank training, contact Monique White at 615-244-4871 or email [email protected].
