Cory founded William Wright Commercial in the fall of 2013 with a vision of building boutique offices in the Lower Mainland to service local markets compared to the traditional commercial brokerage model of having one large office in Downtown servicing its area and their valley markets. Since the opening of the first office in Downtown, Vancouver, William Wright has grown to three Lower Mainland offices, surpassed $900,000,000 in successful closings for our valued clients, and has expansion plans for both Kelowna and Victoria in the works.

A brokerage built on a team-like environment versus the traditional “every broker for themselves” model, William Wright Commercial has found success in all Lower Mainland, BC Interior, Vancouver Island markets, and within all commercial asset classes. Customer service, communication, and consistency are the core values that have remained at the forefront of the company’s vision.

Where we came from

Since 2013 we have been representing landlords, tenants, vendors, and purchasers in various commercial real estate transactions amounting to over $900,000,000 dollars in successful closings.

LeasingFrom 500 square feet strata properties to 65,000 plus square feet multi tenanted stand alone buildings to 45,000 plus square feet open air shopping centers; we have the capacity to bring in local, multi-national, and international tenants based on the landlord’s desired tenant mix.

Children shouldn’t suffer when they come into the world and we feel as a public business that has the opportunity to be in front of hundreds if not thousands of people a year that it is our job to do our small part to give back to people who may not be as fortunate as some of us. Throughout the year William Wright Commercial hosts various client related events and at each event William Wright raises items from toys and clothing to give back to charities in need that help under privileged children throughout the Lower Mainland.
