Newsletter & Website Sponsorships & AdvertisingNewsletter Each week, the Chamber sends out an electronic newsletter to members providing an update on upcoming events and member and community-related news. Many Chambers do a separate e-blast that members can buy, but to minimize the unsubscribe rate, we have chosen to allow members to sponsor and advertise in our electronic newsletter. The electronic newsletter is sent to main and secondary contacts, currently numbering more than 1,800.

Website A number of online advertising opportunities are available to members on the most visited pages of the Chamber website. This is a great way to show your affiliation and support of the Chamber to people visiting our website which could include prospective businesses, residents, visitors, local citizens, and members. Billboard Advertising The Chamber purchases a rotating spot on three of DDI Media’s digital billboards. We then share those spots with multiple members at a reduced rate. Billboard ads can be purchased for as low as $100 along Interstate 70 or Highway 364. Artwork must be provided in appropriate size (we have a member that will design for $35). Spots are purchased on an annual basis and spaces sellout quickly. We notify the membership via e-mail when we have availability. You can also call the Chamber for additional details and availability or to have your name added to our waitlist.

The Greater St. Charles County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer you the opportunity to show your affiliation with the Chamber though additional exposure by advertising or sponsoring one of our many events.

Please note the following: Previous sponsors will be given first right of acceptance. Sponsorships are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Sponsorships and registrations should be paid prior to the event or publication date. Sponsorship cancellations require a 45-day notice in order to receive a full refund.
